Another Okanagan weekend is upon us...what do YOU have planned?

You could make a trip up to Rustico...where Bruce is always ready to see you...and the fires are always burning (safely) to keep you warm.

If you want to take in some live theatre, the South Okanagan Amateur Players presend "The Long Weekend" tonight at 8pm, and tomorrow at 2pm and 8pm, at the OSS Mini Theatre. Last week the plays were performed in Penticton and the audiences LOVED it. Very funny and witty...a lot of fun for everyone. Tickets are at the door or get them ahead of time at Your Dollar Store With More in Osoyoos, or Sundance Video in Oliver.

Just up Highway 97, there's also the Missoula Children's Theatre play tonight 7pm at the Oliver Alliance Church.

Plus, don't miss out on all the pre-Halloween events going on this weekend. With Halloween being on a Wednesday this year...it seems that this Saturday is the big party night. Don't forget about the Haunted Maze at Covert Farms Organics in Oliver. It runs 3p-8p tonight and tomorrow night (the maze is less scary early on, then it gets SUPER spooky later in the night). Partial proceeds from this event goes to the South Okanagan Children's Charity.
