A town hall meeting will take place on Saturday September 8th in Olalla.

The meeting will be conducted by the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) and will supply residents with information on the Boil Water Advisory that was issued last month.

The following information will also be discussed at the meeting:

Information on the Boil Water Advisory for Olalla will be available.  Your questions will be answered by the technical experts at the RDOS.

Nominations for the Olalla Water Board will be accepted.  Your participation in decision making for your community is vital.

Information on what the RDOS does and does not “do” respecting roads.  Get the dirt on our roads.

Information on the recent RDOS fire ban.  This ban is intended to protect public safety

Presentations by interested community groups.  Information to share?  Now is the time to do it.

The meeting will begin at 11 AM under a 20' x 20' tent located at 1518 Hwy 3A (next to Zack's New and Used Store).
