9/28/2012

The preliminary hearing for the man accused in the shooting death of a Princeton woman came to a halt on Thursday morning.

Roger Badour, 64, collapsed in the prisoners box in Penticton court while listening to testimony and was rushed to Penticton Regional Hospital.

Court proceedings have been halted and the matter was sent to the judicial case manager to set future dates for the hearing to continue.

Badour is charged with murder in the shooting death of Gisele Duckham whose body was found inside her Osprey Lake home in November of 2011.
