Cadet Summer Training Wraps Up

Superintenden Reg Burgess, will take the salute Friday morning as 150 cadets march past, marking the end of their two week training at Vernon Army Cadet Summer Training Centre.
The Young cadets are completing their first summer training experience here in Vernon.
During the summer, more than 1,150 Army, Sea and Air Cadets from western Canada spend up to six weeks in the Okanagan Valley training centre.
Spectators are welcome to join the cadets and their families for the parade which will take place just off Mission Road. The parade will begin at 11:00.
